Student Research Assistant (15h/week)

for the competence centre in Experimental and Participatory Research (f/m)

• Ref: 23-10

• Student fixed-term working contract  

• Part-time position up to maximum 15 hours per week

• Enrolment as a Master student at the University of Luxembourg is mandatory

• Expected start date: ASAP

LISER invites motivated applicants for the position of Student Research Assistant in the framework of the activities of the Competence centre in Experimental and Participatory Research (EXPAR). The aim of the competence centre is to stimulate in-house research, create a better visibility of LISER’s expertise, to broaden our knowledge of experimental and participatory methodologies by inviting external experts and to create a mutual learning community for LISER staff.

Your role

As a Student Research Assistant, your tasks will be to :

 Design a database (incl. competences, external experts, literature, etc);

 Collect information internally and update the existing database.

Your profile

- You are currently enrolled as a Master student in geography, economics, political or social science;

- You have an interest for experimental and participatory research methods;

- You have excellent writing and communication skills in English; working knowledge of French would be considered as an asset.
