Postdoctoral researcher in Asset Pricing with a focus on Sustainable Finance

The Department of Finance of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance (FDEF) of the University of Luxembourg is looking for a Postdoctoral researcher to conduct research in Asset Pricing with a focus on Sustainable Finance.


Your Role...

The position is embedded in the FNR CORE project “Sustainable Finance and the Efficient Allocation of Capital” funded by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR). The postdoctoral researcher will collaborate on the project with Professors Roman Kräussl and Denitsa Stefanova on research projects within the topics of the grant. These projects range from data collection and database development to empirical research and development of asset pricing models.


Qualifications...

We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Finance, Econometrics or a related field, preferably with a specialization in asset pricing and financial econometrics. Applications from PhD candidates in their final year of doctoral studies will also be considered. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a proven ability to autonomously conduct research at a post-doctoral level and to work individually as well as part of a team.

The yearly gross salary for every Postdoctoral Researcher at the UL is EUR 77.167,08 (full time)
