Eligibility criteria (requirements and necessary competences):

The position is open to applicants fulfilling the following eligibility requirements:

1. Master’s degree in biology or other life sciences.

2. Experience in conducting research.

3. Experience in confocal microscopy and image analysis.

4. Experience in cell culture.

5. Experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g. DNA/RNA extractions, RT-PCR, immunoblotting).

6. Excellent oral and written English language skills.

7. Good communication and team working skills.

Desirable competences and previous experience:

1. Evidence of previous mobility for scientific training/research purposes.

2. Experience in super-resolution fluorescence microscopy.

3. Experience in ImageJ or other image analysis software.

4. Ability to produce and analyze data without supervision.
