Applicants are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 516300), to commence as soon as possible for three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

The applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics, with proven experience and good publication record in the relevant area. Experience in single cell RNA-seq analysis is essential. Experience in analyzing other datasets (e.g. ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and Visium) and developmental diseases will be an advantage. The appointee will join a young and dynamic research group working independently to study various congenital diseases.
