The Estates & Facilities Directorate is looking to recruit a Programme and Business Case Manager to support the delivery of multiple diversified and sustainable projects/programmes across the 3 Greenwich University campus sites and associated accommodation facilities, aligned to an ambitious £300m Estates strategy programme up to 2030.
The Capital Projects Programme and Business Case Manager will be responsible for the programme creation, coordination and support across the individual client project leads/senior project managers for all project related activities and strategic capital maintenance projects. Ensuring holistic oversight and governance of established and contracted outsourced and general support for the Estates & Facilities service at all times. The role will manage the delivery of the business case programme ensuring that business cases are on time and at the required quality. The post will also be responsible for ensuring a collaborative relationship with the central strategic programme office ensuring all reports and presentation are ready for key meetings/governance (Finance committee, business case committee, MCPG and capital board/others).
The role will report into and supports the Associate Director of Capital Projects and will also support the Deputy and Executive Director of the Estates & Facilities Directorate. The team is a customer-oriented service driven team expected to meet the needs of students, members of staff, as well as external stakeholders and visitors to the University historic buildings and residential accommodation.
