Job content supplemental explanation:Division of Advanced Computational Mechanics: The mission of this division is to develop mathematical models of infrastructural materials such as metals, concrete, geotechnical materials, and various composite materials based on continuum mechanics and applied mathematical theory, and to create the world's most advanced computational mechanics techniques to simulate and visualize complex physical phenomena such as their transformation behavior and interaction between infrastructures and fluids in cyberspace from a multiscale and multiphysics perspective.

Compensation: Paid in accordance with Tohoku University Staff Employment Regulations. Transportation, housing, and dependent allowances may be provided depending on conditions.
Work hours: Discretionary working system for professional work. As a basis, starting time (8:30 AM) to ending time (5:15 PM), but left up to the discretion of each employee.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays prescribed by the Act on National Holidays, the days from December 29th to January 3rd
