In our agency, we have planned and conducted large-scale cooperative research between "Organization" and "Organization," promoted innovation creation activities in collaboration with industry, and returned the results to society. To strengthen the virtuous cycle through industry-academia partnership, we will launch the Future Initiative Research Unit "Beyond 2050" in fiscal 2024. The purpose of this unit is to contribute to society by discussing beyond the framework of conventional academic disciplines and presenting a vision of society in the future based on new value standards originating from Asia that will continue to be accepted after 2050.
