Offer Description

[Background of the recruitment and description of the project]
* Background of the recruitment and description of the project
Next-generation semiconductor transistors have a three-dimensional structure consisting of a two-dimensional nanosheet channel and a gate insulator/electrode (GAA) that covers the channel. The key technology is atomic layer deposition (ALD). In this research field, we will develop new materials, deposition technologies, and devices that make full use of these new technologies. We will contribute to the development of next-generation semiconductor films by layering insulators, semiconductors, and metals using atomic-scale deposition technology.

* Start-up funds up to 10 million yen depending on the research plan at the time of arrival is available.
