In March 2023, Fujita Health University has celebrated its 55th anniversary. Under the founding principle of "Our Creativity for the People.", we have established FUJITA VISION 2030, with a new slogan "Becoming Fujita Academy as the first responder," tackling many social issues.
In the School of Medical Sciences, each department belongs to one of the following units: the Research Promotion Unit, which promotes research; the Clinical & Educational Collaboration Unit, which promotes clinical collaboration; and the Education Planning Unit, which is responsible for education. Field professors take on the responsibility for leading the field in the direction of the FUJITA VISION 2030 goals that have been established by the unit which they belong.

Job content supplemental explanation:The Faculty of Medical Sciences has decided to rename the Department of Histopathology and Cytology to "Histopathology and Cytology" following the retirement of a professor in the Department of Morphology and Pathology Diagnostics on March 31, 2024.
