The Institute for Glyco-core Research of Tokai National Higher Education and Research System (Nagoya University and Gifu University) aims to elucidate the structure and function of the third biological chain "glycan" .
Glycans comprise complex and diverse structures of various sugars. We have started a national project to decipher the structures of complex glycans in human and their functions. We are looking for a person (postdoctoral researcher) who will be in charge of biochemical analysis focusing on glycosyltransferases, together with the members of the iGCORE.
