NITAC offers a 5-year Regular Course, leading to an Associate’s Degree and a 2-year Advanced Course, leading to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Teaching all civil engineering subjects, practical training/practice subjects in the field of civil engineering, homeroom teaching, club advising and possibly participating in a day or night duty at the students' dormitory a few times each year.
