Deadline: 20 Jul 2022

The research grant is aimed at analysing the elements that determine the dysfunction of judicial offices. To this end, the researcher must examine the processes involved in the formation of judicial tables and assess whether this process can be rationalised by means of objective evaluations, drawn up on the basis of the workloads monitored. Bottlenecks slowing down the various decision-making processes must also be identified, in order to compile public statistics on process times and flows in individual sectors. The researcher will also have to contribute to the selection of the most relevant case law in order to create a database, the use of which can make the drafting of each decision physiological.

With reference to the identification of models for the management of incoming flows, the researcher will also have to study, in agreement with the Judicial Offices and the Bar Association, the drafting of standard models, both of the acts of the parties and of the judicial measures, functional to their automatic processing and cataloguing.
