Offer Description
The TRIALs project moves from recent years on Inner Areas, on the multi-risk condition and resilience. The project will first define the TRIALs Methodology, integrating innovations from different study fields that will become fundamental to promote a transformative resilience-based approach into spatial planning in the context of Inner Areas. Then, it will innovate planning guidelines for building back better. The guidelines will be based on places' potential defining territorial development scenarios under the banner of transformative resilience, moving from the most recent research advancements on the potential of local biographies and participatory techniques. In this frame, planning by scenarios experiments a resilience-in-action, offering communities a perspective to identify future developments in a multirisk age.
TRIALs will apply to two municipalities as pilot experiences, Norcia and Camerino.
