Offer Description

The project is focused on the application of microbiological approaches (traditional and DNA-based) to three different prototypes of food of animal origin products in different types of innovative packaging (i.e. bioactive). This activity aims to assure the safety of the foods/prototypes in different storage conditions and define the products shelf-life related to the types of packaging tested.
