Master’s Degree in Molecular/Cell Biology, Medical Biotechnology and Molecular, professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities and PhD (minimal three years) in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related subjects ,

• Two-years post-doctoral Professional scientific experience, tested also by scientific publications on the following subjects:

 Cell biology techniques (primary and immortalized cultures, immunofluorescence, etc.);

 molecular biology (cloning, extraction and analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins, transfection, etc.);

 fluorescence and confocal microscopy with particular reference to high-content and super resolution techniques;

 characterization of organic/inorganic nanoparticles, in particular chemical-physical and biological o analysis;

experience in using animal models for in vivo validation;

 Knowledge of MS Office and the main software for data and image analysis, and bibliography management (eg: FIJI / ImageJ, Prisma, Origin, Endnote, Mendeley, etc.);

• Good Knowledge of English language and Knowledge of basic Italian language (only for foreign candidates).
