Offer Description

Scientific profile: The candidate will carry out research activities relating to the academic recruitment field MED/09. The research activity will concern the main geriatric syndromes, the aging process and geriatric clinical pharmacology. In the clinical-care setting, the candidate will carry out his/her activity in long-term care and outpatient settings.
Type of commitment: The candidate is required to make a full-time commitment to the teaching, research and clinical-care activities required for the professional role. In particular, the teacher will have to carry out teaching activities in specialization schools, in doctorates and in degree courses in which the teaching of Geriatrics and Internal Medicine is foreseen.
Place of employment: teaching activity and third mission at the University of Brescia; clinical activity at the Azienda Speciale Comunale Cremona Solidale
Rights and duties of the candidates: as required by current legal provisions, the Statute, and the Regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff.
Teaching test: in the event that the candidate is not already a professor in an Italian university or does not hold an equivalent position in a university in another country belonging to the OECD, a teaching test will be held, as detailed in the following art. 9, pursuant to the "Regulations governing the procedures for calling university professors".
