The assistant professor will conduct research activities on the managerial skills of healthcare professionals, including digital ones and human resources management policies.
With regard to teaching, the researcher may also be called upon to carry out teaching activities for the courses of ordinary, Master's degree and Ph.D. students, and advanced education courses.
