Offer Description
More and more, in the procedural scene, the tendency to model judicial dynamics in light of technological evolutions emerges. Within this framework, the researcher will need to investigate, also by drawing on foreign experiences, how technology conditions and can condition the rules and structure of the civil process. In particular, the analysis must focus, firstly, on the impact of technology on the general principles of the process and, secondly, on how it influences the dialogue of its protagonists, changing their functions and, therefore, profoundly marking the very concept of jurisdiction. Finally, the researcher's study must dwell on the analysis of the implications of technological evolution with regard to the organization of procedural dynamics.
