Offer Description
The researcher - in addition to carrying out the teaching activity indicated above - will have to write scientific articles and/or notes on sentences and/or conference reports, aimed to investigate the impact that the crisis code has produced on the regulation of companies (it is now possible to imagine, in particular, at least one of the following subjects: shareholders' meetings, shareholders' agreements, asset partitioning, extraordinary operations, withdrawal), possibly also having regard to companies that operate in supervised sectors (primarily , in the banking and financial sector).
