Offer Description

The project aims to implement, in the field of virology, advanced multi-omic platforms that offer new perspectives i) for the diagnosis and monitoring of viral infections in the post-transplant period, ii) for the identification of new potential viral pathogens, iii) for the detection of genetic mutations, including low-frequency ones, associated with drug resistance, and, finally, iv) for the characterization of the genetic variability of strains involved in refractory/resistant CMV infections.
