The sector concerns scientific and educational-training activities in fields with scientific disciplinary skills aimed at understanding social, cultural, organisational, economic phenomena (Social Psychology), taking as a specific point of view the study of psychological and relational processes which, at different levels ( individual, interpersonal, intra- and inter-groups, etc.) influence the system of representations, cognitions, emotions, motivations, actions of people and social groups (Work and organizational psychology) in life systems and contexts (interpersonal, family , environmental etc.). Includes application knowledge aimed at supporting the functioning of systems and contexts; to encourage intervention, training, orientation and development of individual and social skills and resources; to guarantee and promote well-being at individual and collective levels. It includes skills relating to methods and techniques that characterize studies in this research area
