(The research explores the relationship between Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and criminal proceedings, focusing on the phenomena of digitization. The goal is to map the evolution of the use of new technologies in criminal investigations and the judicial process. The research winners will not only deal with theoretical issues, but will also have practical responsibilities, editing publications, managing the project website, conducting quantitative field research, analyzing data with software, and actively participating in organizing conferences and project activities. The goal is to ensure harmony between theoretical and practical aspects, contributing to the coherence of the regulatory system and the dissemination of results through publications and the project website. The collaboration of experts in law and information technology will be essential to identify improved technological solutions and ensure efficiency and compliance with process guarantees)
