Offer Description

The project NanoPix targets the development of perovskite single crystal nanopixel arrays. NanoPix will pioneer an innovative synthetic approach based on a capillary bridge to confine crystallization into nano-space with precise geometry and antisolvent vapour assisted growth methods to drive and control nucleation and crystal growth. The resulting perovskite single crystals with controlled morphology, alignment, orientation and crystallographic quality will be then used for the realization of imaging devices. The research fellow will be involved in the optimization of the synthesis and the characterization of the crystals as well as in the device fabrication. The candidate should have skills in synthesis and processing of hybrid and inorganic materials. Previous experience in the chemical-physical and electrooptical characterization of materials will be an added value.

Experience, also documented with scientific publication, in materials science, materials synthesis and processing and their chemical-physical and electro-optical characterization
