Offer Description

The objective of the project is the realisation of integrated photonic platforms to study light-matter interaction between twodimensional semiconductors and confined optical modes. The main goal is the realisation of devices with enhanced optical nonlinearities exploiting the unique possibilities offered by the strong coupling of photonic and material resonances.

Master’s Degree in Physics, or related and a professional background suitable for research activities; 

PhD (minimal three years) in Physics or similar; 
 


Specific Requirements

Documented experience (also with scientific publication) in knowledge of two-dimensional semiconductor materials and their optical properties; 

Good knowledge of the English language, and basic knowledge of the Italian language (for foreign candidates)

Contract of one year (renewable). Yearly gross remuneration for one year: “22.000,00” €

Only admitted candidates will be invited for an interview that it will held on 29 APRIL th 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at CNR’s NANOTEC Institute of Lecce, c-o Campus Ecotekne, Via 
Monteroni – 73100 Lecce – Italy.
