Offer Description
The research activities will be focused on the study of lysosomal exocytosis in the tumor microenvironment using 3D cell cultures. The realization of the project will require the use of flow cytometric, biochemical and fluorescence based (i.e. Super-resolution and Confocal laser scanning microscopy) imaging approaches. In particular, in addition to the experimental activities, the appointee will also contribute to the planning of the project activities and their reporting.

Master’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and/or related and professional cv suitable for carrying out the proposed research
Specific Requirements
Experience (also documented by scientific publications) in: a) cell biology techniques (cell cultures, immunofluorescence, etc.) b) molecular biology (extraction and analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins, transfection, etc.); c) fluorescence microscopy (CLSM); d) Knowledge of MS Office and the main software for data and image analysis, and bibliography management (eg: CellProfiler Analyst, FIJI / ImageJ, Origin, Sigmaplot, Endnote, Mendeley, etc.);

Benefits
Contract of one year (renewable). Yearly gross remuneration for one year: “19.367,00” €
Eligibility criteria
Master’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry or equivalent and professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities;
Experience (also documented by scientific publications) in:
- cell biology techniques (cell cultures, immunofluorescence, etc.); - molecular biology (extraction and analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins, transfection, etc.); - fluorescence microscopy (CLSM); -Knowledge of MS Office and the main software for data and image analysis, and bibliography management (eg: CellProfiler Analyst, FIJI / ImageJ, Origin, Sigmaplot, Endnote, Mendeley, etc.);
Good knowledge of the English language and basic knowledge of the Italian language (only for foreign candidates).
