a) Master’s Degree in (Bio-) Engineering, Biotechnology, Biological Science, Molecular and Cellular Biology or related subjects

a1) It will be positively evaluated the possession of the title: PhD in in (Bio-) Engineering, Biofabrication, Applied Biotechnologies and Translational Medicine or related subjects.

b) Experience

• The applicant must show prior working experience documented by scientific publications, with cell culture, in molecular and cellular biology and also, capability with biomaterial with micronano structures fabrication, including functionality assessment through cellular and molecular biological assay (Western Blot, cell viability, etc).

• Also, excellent molecular biology and live cell microscopy skills are required. Experience in cell transfection, quantitative RT-PCR, Electrophoresis, Nucleic Acid extraction, Protein extraction would be advantageous

. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication, organisational, problem solving skills and write scientific papers are essential

. • Experiences with the Hippo effectors YAP/TAZ, its translocation and relative pathways will be considered additional beneficial skills of the prospective candidate

• Basic knowledge of Italian (for foreign candidates).
