Offer Description
Develop indicators and methodologies to assess the impact of infrastructures and services on residential choices, firm-level outcomes, real estate values, environment and regional growth and tourists’ attractiveness combining existing and new data (machine learning, scraping, satellite data, etc.). The analysis will be carried out considering different geographical contexts and for different infrastructures and services using statistical and econometrics techniques.
