Offer Description
The aim of the research is for the researcher to carry out the activities related to the project of relevant national interest (PRIN) ed. 2022 "Fluidity in family structures: international and EU law challenges on parentage matters". The project analyses international and EU law challenges (with particular regard to private international law issues) around the topic of filiation and the movement of family statuses. In particular, according to the scientific tasks and objectives assigned to the UNIGE (DISPI) research unit, the research will focus on "Parenthood in the perpetual ‘dialectic’ between the individual party autonomy and the State’s public policies". It will also contribute to the drafting of 'Practitioners Applicative Guidelines' (PAG) and 'Law and Policy Making Guidelines' (LMPG).
