Offer Description

Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have had a dramatic impact on patient management and monitoring
with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). The term “treatment-free remission” (TFR) was introduced in the TKI era for
indicate discontinuation of treatment after achieving a stable, deep and long-lasting molecular response
duration. Exosomes have attracted interest due to the discovery of their role in intracellular communications. In
in particular, exosomes are small lipid nanoparticles derived from endosomes, secreted by exocytosis from the majority
part of the cells. The composition of exosomes reflects that of the mother cells and their release occurs both
spontaneously or after induction. Exosomes carry genomic DNA, miRNA, mRNA and proteins into the blood peripheral or in other fluids (i.e. saliva).
