Offer Description

Public selection, based on qualifications and exams, for the recruitment of a second level technologist (category D, economic position D/3), with a fixed-term employment relationship, and full-time working hours, for a commitment equal to 36 average hours per week in the quarter, for technical and administrative support activities in the field of the EUNICE project European University for personalized higher education - EUNICE4U (Grant Agreement Project 101124657). The staff unit to be recruited will carry out technical and administrative support activities within the EUNICE project: participation in the work of technical committees of internal experts to the project and the administrative staff of the various universities involved, collection, processing and systematization of functional data both for the various WPs and for the project platform; support to the local project leader (UNICT) in the planning and management activities linked to the sustainability of the project activities, support to the project leader and other work unit managers in the development of the project's scientific deliverables and in monitoring deadlines; organization and monitoring of the activities of the research clubs and the joint open lab for industrial research; implementation of the lines of intervention defined in the board of research delegates of the 10 universities; support for the development and updating of the thesis research portal; organization and monitoring of research products; assistance to the Project Manager, and to the managers of the individual WPs, in managing the reporting of the activities carried out; preparation of monitoring and reporting tools to be delivered to the entire team involved in the project; development and monitoring of the project timetable for the implementation of the activities and their reporting; planning and implementation of meetings, national and international meetings, public events for the promotion and dissemination of project activities to ensure the full involvement of project partners; verification of the administrative procedures linked to the implementation of the project in line with community rules; development and support in filling out the necessary forms; management of spending procedures for the acquisition of goods and services envisaged by the project also through the assignment of RUP of the same; support in relations with other project partners; support for the preparation, collection and insertion of documentation, for the purposes of reporting project activities, on dedicated platforms.
