The implementation of the Trial Office, established in 2014, is the main organizational measure in the field of justice envisaged by the PNNR, aimed at improving the support for the work of judges, with the aim of ensuring a general efficiency of the judicial system.
For the SSD IUS/04, the project aims to develop the UPP in the specialized Sections on business. Specific objectives are: a) to delimit the disputes within the competence of the specialized Sect. on business, making the jurisprudential guidelines public; b) speed up, in the specialized Sect. on business, the management of requests to the Court and simplify the management of disputes; c) definition of standard drafts of provisions for the definition of similar and recurring issues; d) create a model for the disposal of the backlog in disputes;
