Offer Description

Research activities will be focused at:
1) design and synthesis of 5-HT7 inverse agonists starting from the molecular structure of
amisulpride
2) evaluation of the affinity for 5-HT7 receptor and selectivity towards dopaminergic D2
receptors;
3) evaluation of the functional activity of the developed 5-HT7 ligands.
Good skills in organic synthesis and a background in mole
