Offer Description
The project, funded under the
MUR program PRIN2022PNRR, aims to investigate mechanisms of cross-tolerance and
enhanced-tolerance in grapevine. In particular, the project will evaluate the effects of a
controlled imposition of moderate abiotic or chemical stresses on grapevine physiology,
in order to confer tolerance to severe abiotic stresses. The overall objective of the project
is to develop environmental or chemical priming strategies to improve vineyard tolerance
to drought and multiple summer stress.
