Offer Description

Increasingly, constitutionalist doctrine is questioning the need to extend traditional protections of constitutional freedoms to what is happening in the digital world. A centrality of the analysis of the forms of guarantee of fundamental rights that expands beyond data protection to embrace related aspects, such as freedom of expression on the web, the protection of the individual in the face of illicit or reputational damaging content, personal dignity, non-discrimination, physical and psychological security, etc. All of these, while their relevance has always been clearly inherent in the logic of protecting the individual sphere and data protection, have emerged as specific issues in the face of the progressive development of digital society.
