Deadline: 19 Jul 2022

The Ph.D. program in Chemical Sciences is aimed at training PhDs, with the purpose of making them able to organize and manage research in numerous fields of chemistry, in an innovative and independent way. Particular attention is devoted to the multidisciplinary aspects of research and its integration with related disciplines, in order to expand the horizon of knowledge and, consequently, the future employments.
The main topics are placed in the following areas: chemistry and biochemistry of peptides, proteins and nucleic acids; organometallic and bioinorganic chemistry; chemistry and physics of polymeric and nanostructured materials; reactivity and catalysis in industrial processes; synthesis, structure, reaction mechanisms and bioactivity of organic molecules; development of new analytical methodologies; development of theoretical and computational models and methods.
