Selection by qualifications and interview pursuant to article 8 of the Regulations concerning the recruitment of personnel with fixed-term employment contracts, for the recruitment, pursuant to article 83 of the National Collective Labour Agreement for the 2016-2018 Education and Research sector, signed on 19 April 2018, of a staff member with a professional profile of Researcher - III level, at the CNR – INSTITUTE OF SCIENCES OF FOOD PRODUCTION - headquarters of Torino - Spoke 6 - Project PNRR - PE0000003, PE10 – Models for sustainable nutrition ON Foods
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
Master's Degree or Specialized Degree, or University Degree in Biology (LM6), Medical, veterinary and pharmaceutical biotechnology (LM9), Pharmaceutical Science and Industrial Pharmaceutical Science (LM13), Chemistry (LM54), Human nutrition (LM61), Food science and technology (LM70), Animal science (LM86) and/or corresponding Degree Diplomas (old system) equivalent to the aforementioned degree classes.
Specific Requirements
At least three years of experience in Chemical and molecular characterization of food of plant and animal origin, with particular reference to the evaluation of the quality, safety and biological activity of food raw materials and foodstuffs or possession of the title of Research Doctor or a PhD relevant to the field of experience requested.
