Ca’ Foscari is offering a tenure-track position in Financial Markets and Institutions to a scholar who can raise the challenge of inspiring students to be game-changers and make a genuine difference in the world. 

The selected candidate will be required to carry out 3 curricular courses, on issues related to the 13/B4 academic discipline “Financial markets, financial Institutions and corporate finance” in BA, Ma and PHD courses, both in Italian and in English, with reference to the services that banks and other financial intermediaries generally offer to both private clients and firms.

The research activity involves a focus on such services, with particular reference to financial advisory. The candidate is expected to effectively interact with and collaborate on the activities of the Department of Management and of the Centre for the Experimental Research in Management and Economics.

The position is at the Department of Management , whose major fields of activity include innovation, entrepreneurship, international management and creativity. The faculty in engaged in blending teaching and research in close contact with stakeholders from the economic, institutional and professional areas, while also focusing on sustainability and responsible development issues for the wellbeing of future generations.

The Department has been awarded the official recognition of “Department of Excellence” (top 10%) by the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, with special dedicated funding to develop an innovative project on Analytical Intelligence for Management.

Ca’ Foscari scores among the top 300 universities in the world for Business and Management Studies according to the most recent QS World University Ranking.
