Topics about scientific field of business law in general and company law. The candidate will have to conduct research in the field of commercial law, according to a multidisciplinary approach, also from a comparative perspective, with particular attention to the evolutionary trends at EU level in the area of company law and corporate governance. The candidate, therefore, will have to carry out research and produce publication concerning central issue of company law. Moreover, the candidate must be ready to collaborate to the teaching activities of the pertinent chairs (seminars, examinations and tutorship of thesis) and to perform official teaching activities which might be required by the Faculty.
