Offer Description

The research activity is to be carried out in the field of the
food sciences, with a focus on the study and evaluation of both environmental and
economic sustainability of unit operations and processes of the food technologies from
raw materials supply to the production of additives, ingredients, intermediates and final
products, included the phases of conditioning, packing (investigating new, competitive
and sustainable packaging solutions), and food distribution.
