Student Counselling Service are seeking a Strategic Development Manager. The Strategic Development Manager has responsibility for change management, process improvement and strategic development in the Service.

The post holder will co-ordinate the delivery of key strategic projects, including quality reviews, international accreditation, and funding applications. They will also coordinate the Service’s participation in University-wide projects, such as Postgraduate Renewal and the review of the University’s mental health policy.

As a member of the Service’s Senior Management Team, the post holder will work closely with the Director, Deputy Director, SLD Coordinator, S2S Coordinator and Administrative Manager to provide high quality and responsive services in line with the University’s strategic plan.

Post status: Permanent

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3 only), Salary Scale (€63,138 - €81,676 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
