The School of Natural Sciences seeks to appoint a School Administrative Manager to a permanent post. The role manages the delivery of a high-quality administrative service to support all the activities of the School. The School Administrative Manager is an essential role in the support of the professional and academic staff in the management of the School’s academic programming, research, HR and financial operations. This is a varied role working directly with the Head of School in support of all School activities. The role is directly responsible for managing administrative processes and systems that facilitate strategic and budgetary planning, academic administration, management of staff, and implementation of School and College policy and strategic planning. The School Administrative Manager reports to the Head of School.

Post Status: Permanent

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

Salary: Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 1 (1-3) (€60,692 - €78,512 per annum) Salary Scale at a point in line with Government Pay Policy. Point 3 is the maximum point on the scale.
