Post Summary-

To effectively manage the operations of the Enterprise Risk Department and act as the front of office for the Enterprise Risk Department when engaging with all areas of the University. This role will triage all enquiries received into the office and work closely with the CRO and other members of the Enterprise Risk Department in responding to these and other matters or stakeholder queries or deliverables.  This role will provide excellent event management and delivery to the department and manage all external relationships in this context. The role will also co-ordinate the delivery of the annual CRO report on behalf of the department and manage all necessary administrative activities in this regard.   This role will work to strengthen and develop relationships with all areas of the University as well as putting in place internal Enterprise Risk Department processes and ensuring that the Department adheres to University Policy, Legislative and Compliance requirements. This role is an integral part of the ERM Team and a focal point for all members of the team in delivering their individual requirements.

Post status: 3 year Fixed-Term Contract

Hours of Post: 35 hours per weeks

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€41,755- €52,735 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
