The Trinity Centre for Practice and Healthcare Innovation (TCPHI) is seeking to recruit a Post- Doctoral Researcher to assist with an EU H2020 funded project ‘SEURO’. The post will be based in Trinity College Dublin and the post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day management of the project as well as undertaking own research. This position will appeal to anyone who wishes to develop their research career / project management/profile within this prestigious EU project.


SEURO aims to evaluate key factors to prepare organisations, localities and regions across the EU to scale, sustain and transfer the people-centred, digital integrated care platform ProACT (developed and successfully tested at proof-of-concept level under Horizon 2020, PHC-25- 2015, Grant No. 689996). Effective Implementation Hybrid Trials will be carried out with the ProACT platform within health services (Ireland, Belgium and Sweden to measure platform effectiveness), with embedded process evaluations to understand the process for successful ‘real world’ implementation. Within SEURO the TCPHI will have a specific focus on research related to the fields of health psychology and behavioural science.


SEURO engages a multidisciplinary EU consortium of 3 public and 6 private organisations (including one of the world's leading ICT companies (IBM), the largest home care provider (Home Instead Senior Care) and 2 EU service provider and technology networks (AAATE and EASPD)).
