Applications are invited for a full-time academic posts in Sport Management in the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science.

University College Dublin (UCD) is a market leader for the study of sport, with sport related subjects at the University having attained a QS world (top 50) ranking in 2021 while the UCD MSc in sport management is ranked in the top 40 postgraduate programmes globally. The School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science is a research-intensive school with diverse teaching and research interests across the fields of public health, dietetics, food safety, physiotherapy, sport science and management, and occupational safety and health. The School is committed to the highest standards in undergraduate and graduate teaching and research supervision.

The posts will be for five and three years, and the post holders will primarily contribute to teaching and research in the subject area of Sport Management. They will also carry programme management related responsibilities as required by the Head of School or nominee.

Salary: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Below The Bar Salary Scale: €35,598 - €62,210 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
