Lec /Assistant Prof. - Turn to Teaching

Maynooth University is seeking an excellent academic to join our staff as an Assistant Professor/ Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer on the Turn to Teaching Project. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the Irish education system and educational disadvantage, have extensive experience of working with groups of learners from diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to inclusion, diversity and social justice. The person appointed will have a proven record of teaching, programme development, and research and publication, appropriate to career stage. The successful candidate will also have experience of managing complex projects, design and delivery of educational outreach, along with exceptional communication skills.

Assistant Professor / Lecturer (2022) Salary Scale:                             €55,951 – €88,601 p.a. (7 points)

Assistant Lecturer (2022) Salary Scale:                                               €35,598 – €62,211 p.a. (14 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
