Trinity Business School seeks to recruit an Executive Officer who will join our Student Support Services team which is responsible for providing a comprehensive support service to TBS students and those who deliver our programmes.

This is a busy role with a specific focus on delivering a world-class experience in relation to programme administration. The position will therefore allow the successful candidate to play an integral role in enhancing the Trinity Business School student experience through a streamlined, customer-focused service.

Trinity Business School (TBS) is at an advanced stage of a transformative high growth strategy which began in 2016. Since then it has been one of the fastest growing Business Schools in the developed world. It has AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS accreditations, placing it amongst a select 0.6% of business schools in the World who are triple accredited. The delivery of the School’s strategy involves growth driven primarily through the development of new degree programmes. Currently the School’s postgraduate portfolio includes the Trinity MBA (full-time, part-time, flexible-executive), MSc in Finance, MSc in International Management, MSc in Management, MSc in Marketing, MSc in Digital Marketing Strategy, MSc in Risk Management, MSc in HRM, MSc in Entrepreneurship, MSc in Operations & Supply Chain Management; MSc in Law & Finance; MSc Business Analytics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. The School’s undergraduate portfolio includes Global Business, BESS, Law & Business, Computer Science & Business, Business & French, Business & German, Business & Spanish, Business & Russian and Business & Polish.

The successful candidate will, in the first instance, provide administrative support for all aspects of programme activities. The delivery of a highly flexible, responsive and effective service is critical to the implementation of the School’s Rankings and Accreditation strategies.

Post status: Specific Purpose Contract, Maternity Leave

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week


Salary:

 This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€28, 923 - €46,404 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
