We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work within the Department of International Development.  The role will involve a broad range of administrative duties in support of the Department’s activities and programmes in teaching, research, and engagement with specific administrative support to Capacity Development Services within the Research, Engagement and Capacity Hub (REACH) of the Department. We are seeking a person with excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, and extensive experience of working in a busy office environment.    The Capacity Development Services include continuous professional development supports to organisations and individuals working in the International Development sector through distance and classroom-based learning opportunities. This role also includes new business development functions, and communications and marketing functions in support of the continued growth and development of Capacity Development Services with the Department.

Salary

Executive Assistant (2022):                                €26,203 – €41,505 per annum (13 points) 

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
