The Role

The Fees and Grants Office within the Finance Office is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant; the candidate will report to the Fees & Grants Officer or Assistant Fees & Grants Officer as required and be an integral part of the Fees & Grants Office team. The team is responsible for the accurate generation and timely collection of student fees.

This is a challenging position in a busy office and candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to take initiative to direct their own work, meet tight concurrent deadlines and work as part of a team.

Executive Assistant (2022) Salary Scale:                €27,489 – €43,250 p.a. (13 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Monday, 10th April 2023.
