The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Learning and Development Administrator, as part of the HR Team. This post will support and enhance a number of key operational HR initiatives, to enable the achievement of the HR Department’s objectives in line with the University’s Strategic Plan. Reporting to the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the enhancement of the delivery of a broad range of L&D services. The primary focus of the role is to meet the learning and development requirements of all categories of Maynooth University employees. This person will be responsible for the scheduling, rollout, recording and support of training on a blended basis for University employees.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. They will be flexible and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm with an ability to deal with high volumes of converging activities.

Executive Assistant (2022) Salary Scale:          €27,489 – €43,250 p.a. (13 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
