Business Devel. Manager, Smurfit Executive Development

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Business Development Manager within UCD Smurfit Executive Development.

The post holder will be accountable for achieving sales revenue targets for open enrolment and customised programmes within Smurfit Executive Development. Reporting directly to the Heads of Business Development, he/she will play a key support role in the further successful development of UCD's reputation as a key provider of open enrolment and customised Executive Development programmes at a national and international level.

Currently within Smurfit Executive Development, the portfolio of open and customised programmes comprises both accredited and non-accredited programmes aimed at the professional executive market. The principal duties of the Business Development Manager will involve the successful recruitment of participants for this growing portfolio through the development and execution of effective targeted sales and marketing plans.

95 Admin Off Ia\2013 (2010) Salary Scale: 64,106 - 74,911 per annum.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
